Our Products

Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the products. Products may vary slightly from those images. Leather and exotic skin is a natural product and like us humans, can have natural imperfections.  

 

Price of Products and delivery charges

Prices for our Products may change from time to time. The price of a product is always quoted in Pounds Sterling and includes VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the United Kingdom for the time being. 

We send all our orders with Royal Mail Special delivery. Our delivery charges include tracking and insurance in the case of loss or damage in transit.

We will arrange for the delivery of goods to the address provided. For security reasons, we cannot change the items in your order or the shipping or billing address. If you notice any mistakes in the information provided, please contact us.

If delivery is unsuccessful the customer will be responsible for any redelivery charges should they arise. 

International orders - The company is not responsible for any import duties, taxes or delays that may occur during shipping. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order.

 

Exchange

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to return the product to us unworn by letting us know no later than 14 days after purchase, and to be returned without undue delay. 

If you wish to make a change to a bespoke order please contact us at: kate@alissyalondon.com and we will let you know if the change is possible. If the change is possible, we will inform you about any changes to the price of your order and the timing of delivery and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described.  These legal rights are not affected by your right of return and refund in these Terms.  Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

 

Our liability

If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for the loss or damage but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.  Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into this sale.

We only supply the Products for domestic and private use.  You agree not to use the product for any commercial, business or resale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

 

Use of our site

Our site is made available to you free of charge.  You acknowledge that, from time to time, the site may be unavailable and that we may suspend, withdraw, discontinue or change all or any part of our site at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.  You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access our site.  You should use your own virus protection software.

You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. 

These terms also refer to our Privacy Policy, which also applies to your use of our site and by using our site you consent to its terms and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

We are the owner of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it.  These works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

These Terms are governed by English law and the purchase of products or any dispute will be governed by English law.

We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We are a small business and for the most part will only use your data to contact you from time to time regarding promotions or upcoming events.
